As a major recreational vehicle dealer, we are currently looking for candidates to fill a PARTS CLERK position with or without experience (training available) within its growing team.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, professional and goal-oriented. He will make sure to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a good team spirit.
As part of his work, he will have to accomplish the following tasks:
– Respond to requests from our customers in person, by phone or via the Web;
– Advise clients according to their needs;
– Supply the mechanical service department;
– Control the inventory;
– Market products;
– Receive and ship goods;
– Perform all other related tasks.
Here is the profile we are looking for:
–Recognized experience or training, an asset (eg: a DEP in parts and accessories sales);
– Excellent customer service;
– Interpersonal and resourceful;
– Recreational vehicle enthusiast, an asset;
– Functional bilingualism.
