We are currently looking for a manager for our team of the clothing and accessories store (helmets, gloves, coats, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sales team and develop the department in line with the objectives;
  • Motivate and encourage the team to surpass themselves by creating a positive and performance-oriented work environment;
  • Train and coach employees on the best sales techniques and products;
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met;
  • Welcome, answer questions and advise customers (product characteristics, quality and materials);
  • Participate in maximizing the store’s performance and ensure that the visual guidelines (highlighting the merchandise) are respected and that promotions are well presented;
  • follow up on departmental invoices and layaways;
  • Order from different manufacturers;
  • Plan working hours;
  • Perform all related tasks.

 

Job requirements:

  • Have experience in a similar position;
  • Recognized as a leader and having the ability to motivate;
  • Results-oriented and attentive to needs;
  • Knowledge of the motorcycle industry would be an asset;
  • Be comfortable communicating in French and English;
